Artificial vision
Although we have developed complex projects with various brands of Robotic equipment during these two decades, we have our greatest experience and success integrating solutions with equipment developed by FANUC ROBOTICS. This is because mainly to the versatility of the different software applications included in its Robots, which has allowed us to solve a significant number of palletizing operations.
From capture operations of stopped products or dynamic executions with LineTracking to take products during their movement on conveyors, to complex applications by Beam Picking 3D (for the capture of bulk components in containers), really the Artificial Vision solutions are more common every day and have become an indispensable tool


Grippers & Force Sensor
Without a doubt, the greatest experience that MASTER SPEED has developed in the last 15 years is based on engineering applied to EOAT (End Of Arm Tooling) developed specifically for palletizing tasks. Each project, each product, each application implies investing hundreds hours of design, simulations and calculations to finally conceive the tool or GRIPPER that suits the automated and versatile palletizing process


Robot tactile sensing for assembly
In assembly applications, Force Sensor's ability to intelligently sense force and torque in 6 degrees of freedom allows the robot to consistently push, correctly face parts, and insert shafts, pins, and gears.
FANUC Force Sensor allows the robot to detect the force and torque applied to the end-effector in 6 degrees of freedom. This gives them a human-like sense of touch and the ability to perform tasks previously performed only by craftsmen. Equipped with a Force Sensor, the robot is capable of performing assembly, contouring and measuring tasks in a large number of applications. There are 4 different Force Sensor sizes for 6-axis robots with load capacities up to 250 kg.
